Member of the Green Building Council Brasil (GBC), organization responsible for promoting the sustainable construction industry in the country, Libercon Engenharia – Sustainable Construction Company strives for each work to cause the least environmental impact as possible. Our company, which received the LEED Gold Certificate for the construction of the Procter & Gamble Distribution Center in Itatiaia (RJ), LEED Silver Certificate for the construction of the Prologis CCP Cajamar I in Cajamar (SP), LEED Certificate for the construction of the Atrium Faria Lima Building in São Paulo (SP), among others, has other projects under the certification process, adopting techniques that increase energy efficiency through the use of renewable systems such as natural ventilation and lighting, water and waste reuse and adaptation of methods of construction.

As a Sustainable Construction Company, practices related to sustainability are a priority, from the adoption of standardized materials and products, to the strategies used to manage the techniques employed in our buildings, thus increasing the life cycle of our projects and their quality.
