Result of the investment of Bracor and Prosperitas, Libercon Clients since 2011, P&G Distribution Center, built by Libercon Engenharia in 2012, was a built to suit and is undoubtedly one of the major references in LEED in building Distribution Centers.

The development of approximately 56 thousand m² has a modular warehouse and the whole structure of support to logistics operation as gatehouses, cafeterias, parking and others. Located in a rural area, part of the Itatiaia National Park, in the city of Itatiaia, Rio de Janeiro, P&G Distribution Center is responsible for the distribution of products from leading brands in Brazil, such as Gillette, Olay, Oral-B, Duracell and Febreze, among others.

In 2012 the project received the Greening Award in the category "Sustainable Construction" for Libercon.   The development is considered one of the most modern Distribution Centers in the country, was designed and built to meet the most demanding global parameters in logistics, distribution and Sustainability. The park also received the LEED Gold Certification as a result of the adoption of strict standards to cause the smallest environmental impact possible, increase energy efficiency and the adoption of renewable systems as natural ventilation and lighting, recycling water and adoption of standardized materials and products.
